Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Individual Support Specialist to join our team at Pathlight Group. As an ISS, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities and autism in expanding their skills, experiences, and opportunities related to community living.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with disabilities/autism in developing personal relationships and understanding their special interests, strengths, and learning needs.
  • Work under the supervision of an Assigned Specialist to provide support and guidance.
  • Be reliable and dependable in maintaining a regular schedule.
Requirements
  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
  • Two professional references.
  • Over 1 year related experience preferred.
  • Acceptable CORI and NBC Fingerprint.
