About the Role:

The customer is our top priority at Dreamcrafters Management, and as a Customer Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to meet and exceed company sales goals while cultivating long-term relationships with our clients' customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Knowledge: Understand our clients' products to effectively explain services and benefits to consumers, answering any questions they may have to ensure they receive what they need.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, processed orders, and service schedules.
  • Initiative and Problem-Solving: Take the initiative to meet challenges head-on, demonstrating a 'can-do' mindset and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of Junior Customer Support Representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless customer service.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least one year of experience in customer support or hospitality roles, such as retail or restaurant management.
  • Product Knowledge: Ability to recognize, apply, and explain product knowledge to customers.
  • Continuous Learning: Commit to ongoing learning and training to master the craft of hospitality and enhance customer experience.
  • Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
