Maintenance Specialist

Unavailable is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to perform a variety of preventive maintenance, repairs, and facilities tasks on the building, equipment, and grounds to ensure the facility is kept in optimal condition.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on the building and equipment, including carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. They will also maintain and repair kitchen equipment, assemble furniture and other items as needed, and assist with quarterly technical testing of equipment and facility inspections.
RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have three years of recent, progressively responsible maintenance-related work experience that demonstrates attainment of the requisite job knowledge, skills, and abilities. Current electrical, plumbing, or boiler licensure is preferred. If assigned to Property Maintenance, a current driver's license valid in the state of Washington is required.
