Job Summary

As a key member of the Kiewit Equipment Services team, the Equipment Maintenance Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our construction and marine equipment fleet. This position is responsible for planning, scheduling, and budgeting equipment maintenance, as well as implementing and monitoring preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement equipment maintenance plans to ensure optimal performance and reliability
* Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
* Conduct regular inspections of equipment and parts to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions
* Collaborate with maintenance technicians to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities
* Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in equipment maintenance and reliability

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as mechanical engineering or heavy equipment technology
* 1+ year of experience in equipment maintenance or a related field
* Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance principles and practices
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
