Job Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to sales volume growth by resolving customer questions and concerns.
- Create custom presentations for corporate and residential clients during telephone and in-person sales calls.
- Foster existing client relationships and drive sales by building new relationships through networking and representing Winston Flowers at industry events.
- Maintain a strong presence on the showroom floor and lead the team by example to maximize sales through mentorship and personal example.
- Respond to high-level client inquiries and execute the sales process from inquiry to sale.
- Previous service and/or account management experience is required, preferably in luxury retail or hospitality-related industries.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a high level of enthusiasm and self-motivation.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve established goals and deliver on high expectations with exceptional follow-through skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with varying priorities simultaneously and resolve issues independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible work schedule required, including weekend and holiday availability.
- Peak business periods will require extended work days and work weeks.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds as needed.
