Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pest Control Specialist to join our team. As a Pest Control Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch pest control services to our clients, ensuring their homes and businesses are safe and pest-free.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and develop effective treatment plans.
- Apply pesticides and other control methods to eliminate pests and prevent future infestations.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, ensuring the highest level of service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements, attending training sessions and workshops as needed.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- A state pesticide applicators license (training and certification provided for non-licensed new hires).
- Pass a pre-employment background check.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work full-time, with overtime during our busy season.
- A competitive hourly wage of $21-26.

This role requires frequent standing, walking, and sitting. Occasional lifting and moving of up to 50 pounds may be required. The ability to maneuver and operate a ladder is also necessary.
