About the Opportunity

Terracon is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Materials service line as a Construction Materials Testing Intern. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of materials engineering and work alongside a team of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of testing and inspection plans for construction materials
  • Conduct field testing and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with experienced technicians and engineers to develop and implement quality control procedures
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and proposals for clients
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical and professional skills
Requirements
  • Pursuing a BS or Master's degree in civil or construction engineering
  • High school diploma required, but a degree in a related field is preferred
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
