Job Overview

A2O Entertainment USA, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Casting Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for sourcing, vetting, and hiring talented musicians, artists, and singers for various roles.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with directors and producers to determine talent needs and review scripts to identify character requirements.
  • Source potential actors by reaching out to talent agencies and coordinate casting calls, auditions, interviews, callbacks, and contract negotiations.
  • Choose the best actors for the role and present your findings to the director for feedback.
  • Work with the accounting team to prepare and adhere to the casting budget.
  • Conduct background checks and secure actor schedules prior to hiring.
Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail with an artistic eye and excellent leadership, decision-making, and negotiating skills.
  • Top-notch communication, collaboration, and intrapersonal skills, with the ability to understand how various acting techniques meet production needs.
  • Experience managing staff and proven ability to source and hire talented actors.
  • In-depth knowledge about industry trends and best practices, with bi-lingual skills in English and Korean/Mandarin preferred.
