Job Title: Kpop Talent Casting Coordinator

At A2O Entertainment USA, Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Kpop Talent Casting Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our casting department, you will be responsible for sourcing, vetting, and hiring talented musicians, artists, and singers for various roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with directors and producers to determine talent needs and review scripts to identify character requirements.
  • Source potential actors by reaching out to talent agencies and coordinate casting calls, auditions, interviews, callbacks, and contract negotiations.
  • Choose the best actors for each role and present your findings to the director for feedback.
  • Work with the accounting team to manage the casting budget and conduct background checks prior to hiring.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and artistic eye, with excellent leadership, decision-making, and negotiating skills.
  • Top-notch communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with a deep understanding of acting techniques and industry trends.
  • Experience managing staff and proven ability to source and hire talented actors.
  • Bilingual in English and Korean/Mandarin is preferred.
