Project Manager Role

As a seasoned Project Manager at Rochester Regional Health, you will leverage your expertise in statistical analysis and project lifecycle management to drive successful project execution and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
  • Estimate resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
  • Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables.
  • Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team.
  • Analyze results and troubleshoot problem areas.
  • Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendation reports.

Requirements:

  • Three to five years of healthcare and project management experience preferred.
  • Strong computer, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Project management experience with a project life cycle framework and multiple stakeholders in a complex environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in one or more statistical modeling tools (Excel, Minitab, SPSS) preferred.
  • Experience in a large complex healthcare or academic healthcare setting preferred.
  • Solid working knowledge of technical infrastructure and process.
