Job Title: Fire Protection Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Protection Project Manager to join our team at CyberCoders. As a Fire Protection Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing fire protection projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review construction project plans, requirements, drawings, and specifications to ensure that they meet the necessary fire protection standards.
  • Prepare cost estimates and determine project constructability to ensure that the project is feasible and cost-effective.
  • Research material pricing and comply with codes and permits per NFPA 13 to ensure that the project meets all relevant regulations.
  • Develop positive and ongoing relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the project.
Requirements:
  • 3 or more years of project management experience required.
  • Experience in fire protection/fire sprinklers highly preferred.
  • Strong mechanical construction experience.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, project specifications, sprinkler system design drawings, and applicable NFPA codes and standards.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Fire sprinkler project management skills/experience preferred.
  • Highly proficient in the use of personal computers including Microsoft Office Applications, Adobe, Bluebeam, etc.
