Fire Protection Engineering Internship

Jensen Hughes is seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Fire Protection Engineering team as interns. As a Fire Protection Engineering Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, collaborate with experienced engineers, and develop your skills in fire protection engineering.
Responsibilities- Perform technical tasks, including code consulting, fire protection engineering, and security design efforts.
- Collaborate with engineers to support project development and implementation.
- Apply standard engineering techniques and procedures to complete assignments under close supervision.
- Recognize discrepancies in results and follow operations through a series of related detailed steps or processes.
- Working towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fire Protection, Mechanical, Chemical, or other related engineering field.
- At least two years of undergraduate schooling.
- Responsible self-starter with problem-solving and reasoning skills.
- Effective written and oral communication skills to write reports, business correspondence, presentations, and procedure manuals.
- Passion for advancing the science of making our world safe, secure, and resilient.
