DaVita is seeking a skilled Clinical Coordinator to join our team in an outpatient dialysis center. As a Clinical Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and services. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of our patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate patient care and services, including trend lab values and vital signs tracking.
  • Ensure the highest level of care by maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for patients.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver quality care and services.
  • Participate in training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • At least 18 months of registered nursing experience.
  • Dialysis Charge RN readiness approval by Clinical Nurse Manager or RN-licensed FA/GFA required.
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) preferred.
