As a Clinical Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and services. Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate patient care and services, including trend lab values, vital signs, and outcome management.
  • Ensure the highest level of care is delivered to patients by ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.
  • Train and supervise clinical team members to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
Requirements:
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • At least 18 months of registered nursing experience.
  • Dialysis Charge RN readiness approval by Clinical Nurse Manager or RN-licensed FA/GFA required.
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) preferred.
