Job DescriptionAs a Peer Mentor with Youre With Us Inc, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities in your community. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing individualized engagement plans
- Providing regular updates and progress reports on mentee activities and interactions
- Collaborating with YWU team members to create inclusive programming and curriculum
- Identifying and addressing barriers to goal achievement
- Staying up-to-date on best practices in disability support and advocacy
