Job Overview
This position reports to the Director of the Stonewall Center and involves working closely with our LGBTQIA students, organizations, and the broader campus community. You will develop and implement programs that address the diverse needs of our students.
Essential Functions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver programs that promote inclusivity and diversity.
- Provide guidance and support to our LGBTQIA students and organizations.
- Manage daily operations of the Stonewall Center, including supervising staff and interns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with college students, preferably in a diverse setting.
- Strong knowledge of LGBTQIA issues and intersectional perspectives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
