Job Overview

The Guest Services Representative plays a vital role in ensuring guests have a pleasant experience at our establishment. This position involves managing the check-in and check-out processes while upholding our commitment to exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.

Compensation:

$14 - $15 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the check-in and check-out procedures for guests
  • Address inquiries and provide assistance to guests
  • Offer suggestions for local attractions and dining options
  • Safeguard and manage guest luggage
  • Handle incoming calls and route them appropriately
  • Process reservations via telephone
  • Coordinate transportation arrangements for guests
  • Maintain accurate records of guest arrivals and departures
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Effective problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Superior organizational abilities
  • Capacity to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficient in computer usage and typing
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays is essential

This position is for the second shift (3 pm - 11 pm) and is full-time.

While experience with Fosse is advantageous, it is not mandatory. We are eager to train the right individual.
