Job Summary

Randstad Staffing is seeking an experienced Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Specialist to join their team in London, OH.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement EHS strategies, policies, and programs to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory agencies.
  • Provide EHS training and support to employees and coordinate other EHS policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing industry, preferably with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications.
  • Compliance auditing and training experience, with in-depth knowledge of regulations (EPA, OSHA, etc.).
  • OSHA 10 or 30 certification is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products.
