Job Summary

The Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the branch, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the branch's financial performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Operations: Oversee accounts receivable, maintain local collection contacts, monitor lease and contract maintenance, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Fleet Operations: Complete fleet service activities, track and coordinate asset outside services, and partner with Fleet Services to support licensing, permitting, and other fleet operations.
  • Process Analytics: Perform process analyses and reviews, investigate and recommend solutions to issues posing a risk to profitability, and use systems or reports to understand operational dynamics.
Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, degree preferred.
  • Skills: Interpersonal and relationship building skills, competent written and verbal communication skills, and advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience: 2 years+ experience in customer service financial administrative experience required.
Physical Requirements

The associate will be required to read, communicate verbally and/or in written form, remember and analyze certain information, and remember and understand certain instructions or guidelines. While performing the duties of this job, the associate may be required to stand, walk, and sit, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25lbs/12kg.

Pay and Benefits

$37,900- $47,300/ annually. Our excellent benefits plan keeps associates and their families happy, healthy, and secure.
