Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Stocking Coordinator to join our team at Wegmans. As a Stocking Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our grocery department is well-stocked and visually appealing for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers
  • Ensure that the overall appearance of the department is maintained, including fresh product levels, accurate inventory, and visually appealing displays
  • Proactively approach customers to provide exceptional service, answer questions, and offer suggestions for meal solutions
  • Assist in ordering and inventory processes to control inventory and shrink
Requirements
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a food service, grocery, or retail setting
Preferred Qualifications
  • Enthusiasm for and knowledge of relevant products and services
  • Managerial/supervisory experience
