Customer Service Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Account Manager to join our team at Atkore International. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving issues, and driving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer relationships and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate effectively with sales teams, cross-functional departments, and customers to ensure seamless order processing and delivery
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost savings initiatives
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in CRM software a plus
