Job Title: Project Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team at Valeo Networks. As a Project Engineer, you will play a critical role in deploying our clients' cloud and on-prem technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute mid to large-scale technical project tasks as assigned.
  • Leverage existing automation to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Create and maintain high-quality documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide pre-escalation assistance to the Managed Services team as needed.
  • Prioritize project requests and support tickets to meet required SLAs.
  • Escalate unresolved technical issues to senior resources.
  • Ensure effective communication with project team members and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of IT-specific work history.
  • A+, MCP, and MCSE certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, including active listening and customer care.
  • Confidence in implementing and supporting M365 administration, networking protocols, server administration, and modern desktop deployment tactics.
