About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lean Expert II to join our team at INSPYR Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and process improvement initiatives across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Lean Deployment: Provide input on local or regional Lean plans and strategies, and translate these into local execution plans and projects.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze local processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Business Process Change: Deliver breakthrough levels of improvement in process capability, reduce defects and variation, and drive cost savings.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage completion of projects to drive continuous improvement in revenue and cost.
  • Change Management: Act as a hands-on improvement agent and business partner to improve the way we do business today.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in related roles with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Certifications: Black Belt Certified or en route towards certification.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, excellent communication and leadership skills.
