Key Responsibilities- Deliver direct therapy to assigned clients, implementing behavior support plans to ensure consistent and positive behavioral outcomes.
- Support and enhance the educational and behavioral goals of all students, with a special focus on those with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Run programs as prescribed by the treatment plan and by your supervisor, promoting the well-being and success of our students in various environments.
- Establish and maintain strong, supportive relationships with parents and external professionals.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education to stay current with best practices.
- Valid Registered Behavior Technician certification.
- Associates Degree or equivalent (48 semester hours).
- Strong passion for transforming the lives of students with special education needs.
