Job Title: Assistant Manager - KidStrong Edmonds

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at KidStrong Edmonds. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of learning and development for our coaches and families, while delivering key business results such as sales performance and member retention.

Responsibilities:
  • Understand and analyze center-level key performance indicators (KPIs) and financials to inform business decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with KidStrong families to align with our core values and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee center-level initiatives, including maintenance, training, and brand consistency.
  • Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and maintenance of the center.
  • Communicate coach schedule changes using appropriate scheduling and communication platforms.
  • Schedule and sell KidStrong events, such as camps and parties, to maximize center profitability.
Requirements:
  • Athletic or coaching background with experience working with children aged 15 months to 11 years old.
  • Comfortable speaking with parents/guardians regarding various topics.
  • Achieve Coach Certification through our HQ Training and Certification team.
  • Complete training through LearnUpon as required by our HQ Training and Certification team.
  • Prior experience as a pediatric OT/PT is a plus, but not required.
  • Previous experience in management is preferred but not required.
  • Practical work experience with Google and Microsoft platforms.
  • Previous experience with systems and platforms such as ZenPlanner, LearnUpon, CareerPlug, and ADP is preferred but not required.
  • Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise techniques, and body mechanics.
  • CPR certified.

  • Competitive hourly rate: $30.00 per hour.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position, with expected hours of 30-40 per week. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the General Manager and center team members to ensure the success of the center. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
