Job Overview

This position is responsible for managing all business-to-business sales activities within a specific geographic territory. It requires regular consultative contact with every account in a designated territory to grow sales and share the company's value proposition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Held accountable to achieve quarterly and annual sales goals by actively participating and executing key sales initiatives and programs.
  • Directs sales activities within the territory through the coordination of all team selling efforts.
  • Develops, manages, and increases sales in a specific territory as defined by Regional Manager; this requires face-to-face consultative contact with every customer and regular customer business reviews.
  • Actively seeks out new sales opportunities through networking and industry events.
  • Plans, organizes, and implements effective strategies using all company programs, tools, and initiatives to increase market share.
  • Attends all sales meetings, industry events, and internal training programs to promote event selling and create deeper relationships with customers.

Minimum Work Experience

At least 2 years prior sales experience preferred.

Preferred Education

Typically, a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related field.

Travel/Physical Demands

This position requires extensive travel within a specific geographic territory assignment. No special physical demands required.

The posted range for this position is $60,000, which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role.

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range, including education, prior experience, training, current skills, certifications, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
