Your Responsibilities: As a Property Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience at our luxury properties. Your primary duties will include:

  • Property Inspections: Ensuring that each property is impeccably prepared for guests and homeowners.
  • Collaboration with Management: Working alongside the Property Management team and Maintenance to support the upkeep and longevity of the properties and efficiently manage repair services.
  • Guest Interaction: Assisting with guest inquiries or troubleshooting needs as directed by the Guest Services Manager and team. Welcoming guests upon arrival to assist with their luggage and address any questions regarding the property.
  • Independent Problem Solving: Demonstrating the ability to work autonomously and resolve common household issues promptly using available tools and resources.
