Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with PayPal's business objectives, driving revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, serving as the primary point of contact and driving collaboration to achieve mutual business objectives.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with partners, ensuring favorable terms and mutually beneficial agreements that align with PayPal's business objectives.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for payment partners, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving disputes in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, or strategic alliances within payments, or fintech industry.
- Proven track record of success in developing and managing partnerships, driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.
- Strong understanding of payments issuance, including card issuing and virtual card solutions, and familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
