Senior EW Engineer Role

A client of Insight Global's is seeking a highly skilled Senior EW Engineer to contribute to their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the deployment, installation, integration, and sustainment of EW threat simulation systems at customer sites, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and industry best practices.
  • Conduct comprehensive system testing, advanced troubleshooting, and rigorous performance evaluation of the equipment, effectively identifying and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Provide expert-level on-site technical support for the system, guiding customers in system operation, maintenance, and advanced troubleshooting.
  • Conduct thorough site surveys and technical assessments, employing expertise to determine optimal installation locations and system configurations for maximum performance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, system designers, and software engineers, to ensure seamless integration of our systems into customer environments.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry advancements, emerging technologies, and regulatory standards related to RF, EW, and threat simulation, proactively integrating them into system designs and deployments.
  • Assist and drive development of comprehensive technical documentation, including installation guides, user manuals, and advanced troubleshooting procedures, to empower customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Possess Secret or TS clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience in system integration, installation, cabling, power distribution, etc.
