Compensation and Benefits


We are proud that our sales consultants make a national average of $24.50 per hour, with the opportunity to earn more through uncapped commissions. The estimated all-in pay is $58, per year based on a 35-hour work week. Pay will include a base rate of $11.00/hour with uncapped earning potential through commission.

Requirements


• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Availability: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods.
• Age: At least 18 years old.
• Legal: Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical: Ability to lift ten pounds and stand for long periods.


Training Requirements


All Sales Consultants must complete a 2-week training program, which may include overnight travel at the company's expense. Ongoing online and computer-based training will also be required.
