Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Homecare Territory Manager in our Portsmouth, OH office. As a key member of our client-focused team, you will play a vital role in growing our patient population and supporting our mission.

Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and assigned professional accounts through regular visits and interactions
* Follow up on referral leads via phone and in-home visits, delivering the PCM presentation and managing client inquiries
* Foster a positive, professional image of PCM to create customer goodwill and drive referrals
* Assist clients in navigating the DOL qualification process via EEOICPA and facilitating access to resources and advocates
* Collaborate with colleagues to initiate, organize, schedule, and participate in educational trainings, community visits, luncheons, town and union hall meetings, and marketing events
* Generate client referrals that result in staffed clients
* Participate in local market events and travel to other markets to support event management

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or comparable relevant experience
* 2+ years of experience in consumer sales, residential door-to-door prospecting, and in-home sales
* Local and regional travel required
* Knowledge of medical terminology and/or general medical background helpful
* Proficient in Microsoft Office products and CRM tools, preferably SalesForce
