Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Crisis Clinician or Clinical Trainee to join our mobile crisis response team. As a member of our team, you will provide in-home crisis assessment and diagnosis services to children, adults, and families. This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule, including on-call shifts.

Responsibilities
  • Provide in-home crisis assessment and diagnosis services to clients
  • Develop and implement crisis intervention plans
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance clinical skills
Requirements
  • Masters degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or Clinical Counseling
  • Current Minnesota State Licensure with focus in clinical practice from The Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy
  • Eligibility to become a credentialed provider with insurance entities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience delivering in-home or crisis services
  • Proficiency in electronic health record systems and telehealth
