FSRI Clinician

FSRI is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinician to join our team at Sakonnet House. As a Clinician, you will play a vital role in providing individual, group, and family therapy to residents, while supporting the integration of the Trauma Systems Therapy (TST) model in the milieu.

• Provide diagnostic assessments and co-create treatment plans with youth and families.
• Offer short and long-term trauma-informed counseling services to clients.
• Collaborate with direct care staff to ensure the delivery of services to clients.
• Provide emergency crisis intervention/assessment as needed.

• Master's degree in a human services-related field.
• LCSW, MFT-A, or MHC-A eligibility upon hire.
• Independent license eligibility within 2 years of hire required.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, registration, and inspection required.
• Bilingual skills preferred.

• Ability to travel to and from clients' residences, community locations, and office sites.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to communicate by voice, use sight, and hearing.
