The Administrative Operations Coordinator will collaborate closely with our Operations Director to manage the daily administrative functions essential for a high-performing organization.
Position Overview: This is a newly created role, and we expect it to adapt over time based on the skills and interests of the selected candidate. Generally, your responsibilities will encompass:
- Accurately entering daily financial transactions into our case management software and accounting systems,
- Responding to incoming calls and assisting clients who visit our office,
- Dispatching trust replenishment requests,
- Regularly reviewing and managing Accounts Receivables to ensure timely collection efforts,
- Processing Accounts Payables efficiently,
- Assisting with data requests and report generation,
- Providing basic IT support as needed.
Ideal Candidate: The perfect candidate will possess a genuine enthusiasm for acquiring new knowledge, some experience in accounting and collections, and will be comfortable engaging with clients via phone and email. You should take pleasure in meticulous work while being motivated by achieving results. Familiarity with accounting software like QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory.
