Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Patient Access Representative III - Financial Clearance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate financial clearance of patients, working closely with our PAS team to resolve any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities- Verify patient demographic and financial information to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Communicate with patients and families to resolve any financial or billing concerns
- Collaborate with the PAS team to identify and resolve any issues related to financial clearance
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families, ensuring a positive experience throughout the care process
