Position Overview:
As a Team Supervisor, you will oversee our blood collection operations, ensuring that our dedicated staff provides exceptional service to our donors. Your leadership will be crucial in creating a positive and respectful environment for both employees and donors.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and mentor blood collection personnel at our Donor Center, focusing on training and performance evaluation.
2. Foster a culture of respect and customer service excellence, ensuring that every donor feels valued and appreciated.
3. Engage with donors on a personal level, listening to their stories and helping them understand the significance of their contributions.
4. Collaborate with your team to maintain a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere, encouraging repeat donations.

Work Schedule:
To accommodate the needs of our community, staff will work a flexible schedule, including on-call duties and availability for weekends and holidays. Schedules will be communicated two to three weeks in advance.

Compensation:
Starting salary is competitive and may increase based on experience.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (4-8 years in a related field).
- Minimum of two years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven customer service skills and effective communication abilities.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record may be required.
- Physical requirements include the ability to lift and move heavy items, as well as the capacity to adapt to long hours and frequent schedule changes.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in apheresis or dialysis is advantageous.
- Leadership experience in a healthcare setting exceeding two years is preferred.
