Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Administrative Assistant to join our Fond Du Lac branch team. As a Sales and Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, sales support, and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction & Sales: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, using solutions-oriented communication to resolve issues and meet customer needs.
  • Branch Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the branch manager, including data entry, report generation, and customer payment processing.
  • Route Scheduling: Schedule routes for our specialists to maximize efficiency and quality of service to our customers.
