Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for LCI callers, relaying incoming, outgoing, and interoffice calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Distribute incoming electronic fax communications to the appropriate party in a timely and accurate manner.
Assist with various administrative tasks, including providing ad hoc support as a backup to the Administrative Services Associate.
Maintain the confidentiality of client information and protected health information as required by State and Federal regulations, including the Health Information Portability and Accountability (HIPAA) Act of 1996.

Requirements:

High school graduate or equivalent; technical school or 2 years of experience in business office operations preferred.
Ability to work effectively with the public, members, and staff.
Ability to maintain a calm, courteous, and professional demeanor at all times.
Experience in use of computers with a preference for Microsoft Office 2010 or later, with the ability to learn and adapt to multiple computer applications.
Ability to work effectively and efficiently with varying deadlines.
Proficient typing and data entry skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to operate a variety of office equipment.
Ability to maintain efficient filing systems.
Current WI driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of adequate insurance required.
