Job Description

Overview

Allied Universal Janitorial Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Director to join our team. As a Security Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of an assigned account, including hiring, training, and managing a team of security officers. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and employees, ensuring the delivery of high-quality security services that meet or exceed financial and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage a team of security officers, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure the client site is provided with high-quality security services, including the implementation of effective security protocols and procedures.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and employees, ensuring excellent customer service and communication.
  • Coordinate necessary support services to effectively manage client sites, including payroll, scheduling, and training.
  • Meet or exceed financial and operational goals, including budget management and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Four-year degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous contract security, facilities management, military, or law enforcement experience.
  • At least two years of business management/operations/supervisory experience.
  • Ability to develop and grow customer relationships.
  • Experience in hiring, developing, motivating, and retaining quality staff.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented management environment with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, complex situations, and a diverse team of employees and client requirements.
