Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Regional Manager to join our team at IAS Associates. As a Clinical Regional Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the staff and activities of the Therapy and MDS Departments in our skilled nursing facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Supervise and mentor therapy staff to ensure high-quality care and services
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication
  • Monitor and analyze departmental performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, business, or a related field)
  • Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting (preferably in a therapy department)
  • Professional, outgoing, and organized personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel for coverage of territory
