The ideal candidate will possess 7-9 years of direct experience in managing paid search campaigns, a demonstrated history of delivering quantifiable results, and a commitment to staying abreast of the latest advancements in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement impactful paid search campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword analysis, audience segmentation, and competitive research to uncover optimization opportunities.
  • Craft engaging ad copy that aligns with client branding and business goals while motivating user action.
  • Establish and apply conversion tracking and performance measurement techniques to evaluate campaign data and inform ongoing enhancements.
  • Monitor and assess campaign performance indicators, such as budget adherence, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates, to pinpoint growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure ads and landing pages are optimized for maximum effectiveness and relevance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and algorithm modifications to maintain a competitive advantage and deliver innovative client solutions.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experiments to refine ad performance and identify successful strategies.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders, showcasing achievements and recommending future initiatives.
  • Work closely with account management teams to comprehend clients' business objectives and marketing strategies, developing integrated marketing plans.
  • Assist in crafting paid search proposals and pitches for prospective clients.
  • Engage in team meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions, contributing to the overall growth and success of the agency.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 7-9 years of proven success in managing effective paid search campaigns, preferably within an agency context.
  • Experience in Paid Social is advantageous.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other pertinent paid search tools.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data and derive insights for effective campaign optimization.
  • Proficiency in keyword research tools, bid management systems, and industry-standard SEM applications.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the capacity to convey complex concepts to clients and team members.
  • Results-oriented mindset focused on achieving measurable client outcomes.
  • Current with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid search and digital marketing.
  • A passion for continuous learning and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Certifications in Google Ads and/or Microsoft Ads are a plus.
