In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in orchestrating, executing, and refining our clients' paid search campaigns. Your extensive knowledge of paid search platforms, coupled with a keen analytical perspective and innovative thinking, will enable you to drive significant results, enhance ROI, and foster the growth and prosperity of our clients' enterprises. The ideal candidate will possess 7-9 years of direct experience in managing paid search campaigns, a proven history of delivering quantifiable outcomes, and a commitment to remaining at the forefront of the latest trends and advancements in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement impactful paid search campaigns across diverse platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other search engine marketing avenues.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to uncover opportunities for campaign enhancement.
  • Craft persuasive ad copy that adheres to client branding guidelines and business goals while motivating action.
  • Establish and execute conversion tracking and performance measurement strategies to evaluate campaign data and inform ongoing optimization efforts.
  • Continuously monitor and assess campaign performance metrics, such as budget adherence, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates, to pinpoint growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure ads and landing pages are optimized for maximum relevance and impact.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates to maintain a competitive advantage and deliver innovative solutions to clients.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experiments to refine ad performance and identify successful strategies.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders, emphasizing achievements and recommending future strategies.
  • Work closely with account management teams to grasp clients' business objectives and marketing goals, developing integrated marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Assist in crafting paid search proposals and pitches for prospective clients.
  • Engage in team meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions, contributing to the overall growth and success of the agency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 7-9 years of demonstrated success in managing effective paid search campaigns, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Experience with Paid Social is advantageous.
  • Thorough understanding of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other relevant paid search tools.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data and derive insights for effective campaign optimization.
  • Proficiency in keyword research tools, bid management platforms, and industry-standard SEM tools.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to clients and team members.
  • Results-oriented mindset focused on achieving measurable outcomes for clients.
  • Current with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid search and digital marketing.
  • A passion for continuous learning and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Google Ads and/or Microsoft Ads certifications are a plus.
