About the Role

We are collaborating with a prestigious Top 200 Accounting Firm in search of a Tax Education Consultant. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance technical expertise and improve efficiency across all levels of staff, from newcomers to seasoned partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver training sessions for aspiring tax professionals.
  • Build relationships with new employees through comprehensive orientation and continuous support.
  • Assess training requirements and collaborate with subject matter experts to create relevant content.
  • Provide mentorship to staff as they practice and apply newly acquired skills.
  • Stay updated on tax regulations and ensure clear communication of changes.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting with a specialization in tax or experience in teaching tax-related subjects.
  • Previous experience in training, mentoring, or leading teams is advantageous.
