VMI Sales Specialist Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for daily order management within strategic accounts, ensuring adequate product supply and replenishment. Key responsibilities include visiting pre-determined customers, processing orders, and delivering products as needed. Key Responsibilities:
  • Visit pre-determined customers to manage daily orders
  • Process orders and ensure accuracy in JDE
  • Deliver products to customers as needed
  • Communicate with General Sales Manager, Territory Manager, and distribution supervisors
  • Identify and document Prostar conversion opportunities
  • Assist Territory Managers with cylinder audits
  • Write credit memos for returned hard goods
  • Look for opportunities to reduce transaction costs

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excel, JDE, and computer skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
