Basic Qualifications

  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, with potential overtime.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights and holidays.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 49 pounds and perform various physical tasks during shifts.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing a team of 10 or more employees or at least 1 year of direct management experience.
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics, or a related discipline.
