About the Role

Fine Fettle is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized professional to manage and optimize inventory processes in our production facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring all items are accounted for and discrepancies are resolved promptly.
  • Work closely with the procurement, sales, and production teams to ensure that inventory levels meet demand without overstocking.
  • Manage and maintain seed-to-sale software systems, including overseeing data entry, tracking inventory, and generating reports.
  • Accurately enter and update inventory data into the company's inventory management system, ensuring all information is current, precise, and compliant with state regulations.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and generate reports on stock levels, inventory adjustments, and other relevant metrics.
  • Manage and process inventory orders, including receiving and verifying deliveries, and ensuring that stock is stored correctly.
  • Coordinate with retail locations and other cannabis operators to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues related to inventory supply.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain management, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., ERP systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Exceptional accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve inventory issues quickly.
  • Familiarity with cannabis regulations and best practices in inventory management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Proactive problem-solver with the ability to anticipate and address facility needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and vendors effectively.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and move inventory items as needed, and must be able to bend, squat, reach, kneel, walk, etc.
  • Committed to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
  • A solution-driven attitude, good analytical skills, and great attention-to-detail.
  • Familiarity with state and federal cannabis laws and a willingness to spend time researching regulations and building expertise.
  • Takes initiative to anticipate inventory needs and prevent potential issues before they arise.
  • Highly organized with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Resourceful and cost-conscious, always seeking ways to optimize facility operations.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to adjust to changing priorities.
  • Focused on accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of the job.
