Position Summary

Our thriving organization is seeking a knowledgeable construction financial specialist to oversee and manage all monetary transactions. This role encompasses accounts receivable and payable, general ledger entries, and payroll management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all financial transactions, including credit card and bank reconciliations, while managing the accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Ensure the maintenance and accuracy of financial records, tax documentation, contracts, annual budgets, and financial statements.
  • Supervise the general ledger and journal entries for precision, preparing balance sheets and financial reports for review.

Qualifications
