The Specialist collaborates closely with Business and Commercial Bankers, serving as a knowledgeable resource in business deposits and associated services while also proactively identifying new business opportunities.


Responsibilities:
The key functions of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:

Collaborating with business and commercial bankers during joint client meetings, acting as a knowledgeable resource in business deposits and treasury management solutions.

Engaging in business development, networking, and establishing referral sources to cultivate new business opportunities.

Connecting clients with other branch team members or bank partners who can address their financial needs effectively.

Qualifications:


A Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or financial services sales, or a High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in sales or financial services sales.


Preferred Experience:
Background in business development, business banking, lending, merchant services, or treasury management.

License or Certification:
A valid driver's license is required, as the position involves frequent travel to various locations for client meetings and engagements. A bank vehicle is not provided.


Required Skills:
Proficient in applying a structured sales process, providing financial guidance and expertise, possessing financial literacy, and having knowledge of retail and wealth solutions, business deposit products, and cash management solutions, along with a strong ability in business development and networking.
