Job Overview

Coastal Amusements Inc., a prominent manufacturer of coin-operated entertainment solutions, is in search of an Accounts Receivable and Office Administration Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in accounts receivable functions.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable: Manage the processing of check, ACH, and wire deposits, as well as credit card transactions. The candidate should be adept at applying payments and handling customer collections effectively.

Office Administration: Responsible for generating sales orders and invoicing customers based on communications from the Sales and Production Departments.

Additional Duties: Perform filing tasks, respond to inquiries, manage phone communications, and undertake various office responsibilities.

Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
  • Proficient in high-volume data entry with a focus on accuracy
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to maintain focus on tasks
  • Demonstrated capability to manage shifting priorities; proficient in Excel and accounting software
Core Duties
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues
  • Perform clerical tasks such as billing and generating monthly statements
  • Conduct treasury functions including bank deposits and recording wire payments
  • Post payments to the general ledger and execute daily cash reconciliations
  • Collect customer payments in line with due dates
  • Make collection calls for outstanding accounts
