Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize invoices for office, customer, and driver
  • Reconcile discrepancies using Order Processing, LCS, MARRS system, or credit memo, and finalize loads through Order Processing
  • Verify tote counts, adjust credits due to discrepancies, modify total figures on invoices, and update drivers' pay sheets
  • Print and assemble driver load packets, including Stop and Pay Summary, Load Department Summary, and HazMat Sheets for departure readiness
  • Assist DC Management, crew leaders, and inventory control personnel as needed
  • Communicate with drivers regarding the billing status of loads
  • Handle incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Perform other assigned duties as required

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proficient data entry skills
  • Strong mathematical abilities
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Billing Department

Work Environment:

  • Office setting
